Privacy Policy

ALAB Property is a real estate agency and legal practice based in Thailand. We respect your privacy and only collect the data we actually need to respond to your inquiry and walk you through a transaction. Below is a short, plain-language summary of what we receive, why we need it and how you can manage it.

What data we collect

When you submit a form on the site, we receive your name, email, phone number (if you choose to share it), the text of your message and the checkbox indicating whether crypto payment interests you. You fill in these fields yourself — we never ask for anything beyond them. When you browse property pages, we record the page view in anonymous analytics. To distinguish unique visitors without storing real IP addresses, we keep only a SHA-256 hash of the IP — in practice, the original address cannot be recovered from that hash.

How we use the data

The contact details you submit are used for one thing only: to reach out to you about your inquiry, send a property selection, answer your legal questions and accompany the transaction. Anonymous analytics help us understand which properties attract more interest so we can improve the catalogue. We do not run advertising, do not profile visitors and do not share data with ad networks.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Technically, your data is processed by the infrastructure providers we rely on: — Supabase (database storage for inquiries and content); — Resend (email notifications sent to property@alabproperty.com); — Telegram (internal alerts to ALAB managers about a new inquiry). Each processor only receives the minimum data required for its specific task.

Cookies

We use only the cookies we genuinely need: — `alab_access` — a functional cookie that confirms you have completed the site access step; — next-intl cookie — remembers your interface language (English or Russian). We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to complete the transaction and to meet the accounting and tax obligations required by Thai law. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so within 30 days, except for the minimum we are legally required to retain. Anonymous view analytics are not tied to your identity and are kept indefinitely in their anonymised form.

Your rights

With respect to your personal data, you can: — request a copy of the data we hold about you; — ask us to correct inaccurate data; — ask us to delete your data; — withdraw consent to further processing. To exercise any of these rights, please write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
